This Is The Top-Selling Google Play Store Content Of All Time

Google Play Store just turned 5 years old and Google has released it’s top-selling content of all time.

The Google Play Store was the replacement for the Android App Store and it really made Android an attractive ecosystem for developers and users alike. They brought apps, games, books, songs and movies to masses and became a serious competitor to the Apple App Store. The Play Store is now available on phones, tablets, Chromebooks, watches, virtual reality devices and has accounted for billions of downloads and purchases. They’ve managed to make the app store a fun place to discover new and exciting digital content no matter what you’re interested in or what device you’re using. In celebration of Google Play’s 5th birthday, Google has compiled the following list of the top 5 most popular books, games, apps, songs, albums and films in the U.S.  The top 5 list isn’t that surprising as it includes many household names like Facebook, Instagram, Candy Crush, Adele, Taylor Swift, Frozen, Fifty Shades of Grey and The Hunger Games.
